Packing and Moving

My husband and I are moving after only living in our rental for one year, beginning May 31. We have bought an older farmhouse with a little property a couple miles off 29. We’re only a 15 minute drive to downtown Lynchburg, but completely immersed in a rural setting. I can’t wait to share with you and how the house evolves into our home.
I know my posts have bee rather erratic, especially in my choice of topics.  I didn’t want to lose your attention while I was waiting for the right time to begin blogging about this journey.

I’m going to begin with a couple photos (not taken by me) to let you get an idea of our new digs. This great old place needs a little attention and love and I’m just up for the challenge.

Stay tuned friends and we’ll begin this trip to “Alto Casa Di Picco” very soon!!

I’m seeing a new art studio in the near future and FINALLY some time to paint!

Peace,

Valerie
